THE POLICE

The reunited group The Police, (from left) Sting, Stewart Copeland and Andy Summers, acknowledge the audience after performing the song ‘Roxanne’ at the 49th Annual Grammy Awards on Sunday.
The Police set Denver date
The most anticipated tour of the year will make a stop in Colorado.
The Police will perform at Pepsi Center in Denver June 9, concert promoter Live Nation announced Monday. An on-sale date for the Denver show has not been determined, but should be announced soon.
Speculation about a Police reunion tour has been rampant in recent weeks. Although one of the most successful groups in rock history, the band - Sting, Andy Summers and Stewart Copeland - has performed together on stage only once since its 1984 breakup.
Ticket prices in most cities are expected to range from $50 to $225, according to a press release, but Colorado prices have not been set.
There has been no word on additional Denver dates, although there is a six-day break between Denver and the next scheduled stop in Las Vegas, which leaves open the possibility of another Colorado date.
